Job Overview

Responsible for counting all physical inventory, generating department audit reports, reconciling computer data with the physical counts taken and reporting on errors found. The position works with each department to suggest ways to reduce errors in inventory accuracy. Perform inventory audits of paperwork and data entry at the receiving dock, each department transfer area and any of the outbound areas, such as shipping or layaway.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Analyze and monitor inventory processes at each PGS facility to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure WMS is synced to operational processes regarding inventory flow.
  • Ensure inventory is matching with the current processes.
  • Work with assigned inventory controllers at each facility.
  • Audit inventory movement processes.
  • Investigate and review inventory discrepancies and find root causes along with fixes to the current process.
  • Run daily reports for all locations.
  • Monitoring policies and procedures related to inventory auditing, reviewing audit results, interfacing with the on-site auditor.
  • Reviewing and evaluating audit data, recognizing risk within the audit data, reporting on audit trends, and establishing appropriate courses of action to limit risk.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineer, or related fields.
  • +3 years of experience managing inventory processes at a warehouse.
  • Experience working with WMS and Cycle Counting.
  • Highly Advanced English Proficiency Level is a must.
  • Must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Time availability to travel to the US, work on rotating schedules and weekends
  • Valid US Visa is a must.
