Regarding the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation across the globe, we must express our commitment to guarantee a safe workplace environment for our employees and continue providing our high-quality service to our customers. Communication and collaboration are the keys to the successful management of this situation. Please permit me to update you on the actions we are taking.
One of our crucial points at PGS360 is the safety of our employees and the communities we serve. PGS360 is on daily communication with our External Employment/Labor attorneys, who have created a specialized Coronavirus Workplace Task Force. This allows us to provide our employees with accurate information and the correct guidelines provided by entities like the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and health officials across our network. PGS360 has worked tirelessly to ensure that our locations remain supplied with cleaning and disinfecting products. We are enhancing regular cleaning services, and we are modifying those work areas to create additional spatial separation.
In the case, it becomes necessary to work remotely; Our system and communication infrastructure are prepared to work with the same efficiency and quality that our customers need; we have robust technology and a culture of flexibility that enable this action efficiently and effectively. However, as an integral link in the supply chain, not all the work can be done remotely, to facilitate customer service needs, and to accommodate people who need to work in an office, we will keep our offices open to the extent possible.
We are also following strict quarantine rules in alignment with the most up-to-date CDC guidance for employees who have been in contact with or diagnosed with the COVID-19 virus.
