Growing From Within
At PGS360, our greatest strength has always been our people. Today, we are proud to share
two announcements that reflect exactly that.
Priya Katyal has been promoted to Vice President.
Priya came into her role, earned the respect of her team and grew into one of the most
driven leaders in our organization. She has been a force behind our sales and marketing
direction, pushing PGS360 to show up bigger, speak clearer and connect more
meaningfully with the brands we serve. Her energy, her vision and her commitment to doing
things the right way have left a mark on every corner of this company.
This promotion is not a surprise to anyone who has worked alongside her. It is simply the
right next step. We could not be more proud to see her step into this role and we cannot
wait to see what she does with it.
We are also welcoming Ron Jorgensen as our new Director of Operations.
Ron comes to PGS360 with a deep background in 3PL and supply chain operations, the
kind of experience that does not come from a classroom but from years of solving real
problems on the floor. He understands how operations actually run, what it takes to keep a
supply chain moving and how to lead teams that deliver under pressure.
We are excited to have him join our engine at a time when PGS360 is growing faster than
ever. Ron’s mindset and his track record make him exactly the kind of person we want in
this role.
